Gossip Girl Spoilers

Beware of Gossip Girl spoilers if you haven’t seen “You’ve Got Yale.”

It’s the morning of Yale day, the day we get to find out who is definitely accepted to Yale. Blair is stressed and her dad comments on the fact that they heard her watching “The Gilmore Girls” all night. Blair says she deserves Yale way more than Rory did! Everyone at B’s house is sure she’s getting in; they’re all decked out with big “Y’s” on their clothes (including Dorota.) When her dad asks about Chuck, Blair says “He’s as dead to me as his father is.”

Serena is really worried that she will get in to Yale but B won’t.

Rufus and Lily are together - they’ve been sneaking around, but this morning they get caught: Rufus spent the night. Eric says they’re loud in bed and he’s now scarred for life.

With Jack running Bass Industries, Chuck has been trying to take Jack down using all kinds of devious plans (planting cocaine in his gym bag, for one.) Eventually Chuck goes to Lily for help, even though he still resents her and views her as the cause of Bart’s death. She tells him that his shenanigans (planting cocaine, etc.) won’t impress the board; she agrees to help him even though Chuck makes it clear how he feels about her. She hopes he’ll move back in.

There is a new teacher named Miss Carr who looks like a student and is from Iowa.Serena, Dan, and Blair get the news about Yale. Dan got in, Serena got in, and Blair got waitlisted. Serena, feeling bad for Blair, tells everyone that she got waitlisted just like Blair. Serena does some soul searching about whether she even wants to go to Yale.
